The Will

Something that I didn't want or refuse to talk about and that was writing a Will.  Last night when we were in bed, Craig mentioned about us both should write a Will.  Of course, I stayed quiet watching the television as my head started wandering at the same time.  I was getting upset with the topic. Something I never thought about doing and felt the need to is to write one.  I think he was saying this because of a couple of days ago when he split his head.

I personally don’t like talking about death and don’t take it very well so I tend to get very depressed and very sad.  So today I was thinking about the Will and everything that has happened to Craig the past several years and now his fall just days ago was making myself upset.  I don’t like to feel the need that I have to write a Will but I know deep down we both probably need to write one.

When I think about writing a Will, I think about death coming the way.  I had thought about Craig and maybe he should be better without me, because I don’t want to see him hurt himself again as I tendencies on panicking.  I mean that fall a few days ago I thought here we go again with his fall.  But when I helped him up there was a puddle of blood.  That's when I freaked out.  Immediately I thought he was going to die.

I don't even know if I am making any sense with this entry.  Maybe we should think about a Will.  Probably would be a smart thing to do.  I just hate the feeling of writing one thinking death is coming.

Head Split

Well, I was awaken with a big thump and a yell "OW" at 3:15am in the morning.  I sprang up because I knew Craig hurt himself.  He was laying on the floor beside the bed.  I was helping him up when I saw a pile of blood on the carpet.  I knew right there he split open his head.

I immediately put some peroxide on his head and then have him sit on the sofa to apply pressure on his head.  I then called 911 and the ambulance came within 20 minutes.

I had followed the ambulance behind them to the hospital and waited int he waiting room until my name is to be called.

He ended up having 11 staples in the back of his head and luckily there wasn't any broken bones in the xray.  I was hoping they would check out his skull in case it was injured but they didn't think it was necessary.

Update on the Taxi Accident

Wow, we got a letter in the mail and it was from the taxi service (A.S.A.P. Taxis)  and when we opened the envelope, it was shocking what we saw.  Only a $20.00 voucher within their company.  That was bullshit.  Very disappointed, especially the service that we enjoyed riding in.

Taxi accident

Hey guys, had a terrible experience yesterday. Craig and I nearly got killed in a taxi by the taxi driver fell asleep while driving. We yelled out him to wake up. He suddenly become aware what was happening as we went onto the footpath (sidewalk).  He looked at us and started smiling that would wake anyone up.  I started to roll my eyes.  We were lucky we are still alive. We complained to taxi service and I guess we are being rewarded. They are going to fire the guy.

Accident

I had to workout today and It was biceps and back day and I really wanted to do my workout today even though I was pretty much tired.  I was working out and just finished the first half of my workout which was back until Robert called me into the livingroom.  He too was working out, walking on the treadmill.  I knew that there was something wrong with him from the tone of his voice.  I stopped everything and went into the livingroom.  His toe and the whole treadmill band was filled with blood where he had the blister about 6 weeks ago.

Of course, I had to stop my workout completely and help him out as well as making sure that the blood doesn't stain in the treadmill band.  Just doesn't seem like his toe is healing properly.  I don't know why he doesn't put on his shoes for the treadmill.  I have heard about people running on the treadmill barefooted and that it is best.  I don't know if that is true, but he is a diabetic so its hard for him to heal quickly.  I wish his toe would heal already then he wouldn't have trouble with it all the time.  Also maybe that will give him an idea that its time to wear his shoes for the treadmill. So it took 20 minutes to clean the treadmill, about 10 minutes to clean the carpet, and a few minutes to bandage his toe up to stop the bleeding.

Getting back to my workout, I had to decrease my deadlift workout exercise due to my bad back.  You know, I'm coming to a conclusion that maybe my lower back pain could be to much stress.

Who knows.
